Guild Meetings for 2023-2024 will be on the third Tuesday of the month. Our first meeting will be September 19, 2023 at 6 PM for social and 6:30 for business meeting. Location is Bethel Baptist Church, Columbia, MO.

Who We Are

Welcome to the Columbia Weavers and Spinners’ Guild. We’ve been around since 1947, promoting teaching and learning about fiber arts. Today the guild is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that promotes and supports fiber artists in mid-Missouri. Its purpose is to increase public awareness and to enhance appreciation of all aspects of fiber arts. Fiber enthusiasts of all ages and experience levels are welcomed as members.

Membership

The Columbia Weavers and Spinners’ Guild is open to all, no matter your level of skill.

The membership year runs from July 1 through June 30. Dues for new members can be paid to the guild treasurer anytime during the year, turned in at a guild meeting or mailed to CSWG, P.O. Box 124, Columbia, MO 65205. Dues are:

$35 – individual
$50 – patron
$60 – household
$10 – limited income
Membership is free to anyone age 80 and older, but registration is required.
